About the project.

This 70-year-old semi-detached home in The Junction was reworked to suit a growing family.

On the ground floor, a new rear addition folds into an open-concept family room that flows straight into the kitchen — replacing a compartmented, formal layout with something far more sociable. A refreshed exterior material and colour palette finishes the project, giving the house a brighter, more welcoming presence on the street.
