Designing for your life, guided by your vision
Since 2016, we've designed homes across York Region, Vaughan, King City and the Greater Toronto Area around a simple idea — a home should be the backdrop to your daily life, not just a structure to live in.

01 / Our Mission
Since 2016, JDC has been dedicated to a single idea: a home is more than just structure — it is the backdrop to your daily life. We believe every room should serve a purpose and every square foot should tell your story. By blending technical precision with your personal narrative, we design tailored environments that harmonize with the way you actually live.
Designed for life. Built for you.
— Joshua Design Co.
02 / Our Philosophy
We lead with a conversation, not a look.
Many firms lead with a signature style. We don't. We believe the most successful designs emerge from a dialogue — between a property's unique surroundings and your specific goals for living there.
We trade preconceptions for a tailored approach that feels deeply personal.
The result is a home that is a true reflection of the people who live within it — resolved for the site, the budget, and the everyday rhythm of your household.
03 / From concept to keys
We manage the details, so you can focus on thevision.
The path to a finished home can be complex. Joshua Design Co. handles every aspect of the pre-construction phase — from the spark of an initial concept through the technical rigour of municipal permitting. Led by an AATO-registered architectural technologist, we don't just draw plans; we build the foundation for your future.

He leads every project personally, from the first on-site conversation through to permit-ready drawings.
His focus is residential building design across York Region, Vaughan, King City and the wider Greater Toronto Area: new builds, renovations and additions resolved for the site, the budget and the way each family actually lives.
