About the project.

We implemented a full-scale redesign and technical modernization of this 200-year-old post-and-beam home, coordinating with the Richmond Hill Heritage Department to preserve its historical integrity. The project involved a full structural overhaul to meet current building codes alongside a complete replacement of all electrical and mechanical systems while maintaining the original and historic design characteristics of this special building.
